In the past two days I've hit up both the Goodwill on Santa Monica Blvd and the Salvation Army on 11th Street. Both have amazing prices but Salvation Army won out by far. Nearly all the clothes were either $2.50 or $3.50 apiece and some were half off if they had been on the rack for more than a few weeks. Belts were $2 each. I got five short and long sleeve T-shirts, a gold sequined belt, and a dress for $20. 19.
At Goodwill, which is very close to the promenade (hence the higher prices), I found atheltic pants marked at $5.50 each, but the two pairs I bought rang up as $4 each. They had a nice selection of skirts for $5 each.
